start with pho cuon in Ngu Xa street. If the original version pho includes the bowl of broth, pho cuon is similar to spring rolls: the cover is made of flattened uncut pho, and the filling is seasoned beef and coriander. Enjoy these special rolls with the unforgettable homemade sauce.
Continue to Hang Ga for the famous banh cuon, or steamed rice rolls. Dip the rolls wrapped with mushrooms into the honey-like fish sauce, accompanied by the Vietnamese cha lua. Experience the endless nightlife of Hanoi as you relish a cold fresh beer, with local catered seafood at Ta Hien, in the midst of the lively crowded night street.

After breakfast, your local guide will take you on an excursion in the ancient attractions of Hanoi Capital. You will be amazed by the historical literature and poetry at the 1070 Temple of Literature. Walk the sacred ground of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and learn about the eventful life of the wise leader of Vietnam.
Sit back at the wooden table of the lovely Egg Coffee shop in the bustling Hanoi, and awake all your senses with the store’s specialty. Created in 1940 due to a milk shortage, this beverage is the harmonic fusion of the egg yolk on the top and hot roasted coffee at the bottom. The unique flavor will blow your mind.
Bun cha, the Vietnamese combination of vermicelli, crunchy salad, and tender grilled pork awaits you at lunchtime. Enhance the flavors with a sip of beer after the meal.
Stroll down the side of Hoan Kiem Lake and take in the beautiful scenery, stopping by Ngoc Son Temple along your way. The specimen of the legendary tortoise that used to live in Hoan Kiem Lake is preserved inside the temple’s chamber.
The Vietnamese xich lo, or cyclo, will take you around the vibrant streets of Hanoi Old Quarter, the complex of 36 streets with interesting names originated from the signature product sold at the stalls of each street.
After the exciting cyclo tour, you will participate in Hanoi Cooking Class. With the assistance of the friendly local chefs, get your hands on chopping the homegrown vegetables, seasoning the meat with aroma spices, and turn them into tasty traditional Northern dishes: caramelized pork, ginger chicken, crispy spring rolls, even a bowl of steamy pho, and so on.
Step through the entrance of an enchanting French vintage villa for your dinner. It is the Home Restaurant, a cozy home away from home. The hospitable staff will serve you the authentic dishes made from premium ingredients.
From grilled oyster coated in sautéed onion and peanut sauce to half-moon cake with crab meat, then top it all off with traditional green sticky rice cake and caramelized mango for dessert. Savor your wonderful full course meal the traditional style.
Before the night end, travel to Da Phuc Village near Hanoi center for The Quintessence of Tonkin, the spectacular live performance that portraits Southern Vietnam cultural highlights by combining arts and technology.

You will leave Hanoi early in the morning for Halong Bay. Embark your traditional junk at the pier and enjoy lunch as you cruise through thousands of limestone karsts. Relax in the private cabin after your road trip.
Kayaking on the emerald water is one of the most popular activities in Halong Bay. Grab your paddles and get ready to be fascinated by the beautiful nature through a whole new vision. If you’re not into adventurous activities, step on the sundeck and take rare photo ops of sunset behind the lush green islets.
Before dinner time, you can join the cooking class on board to make Vietnamese nem, or fresh spring rolls. At night, if the weather is clear, experience thrilling night fishing.

The cruise will take you back to the pier; then you will leave for the flight to Danang. Arrive at the airport; the private car will escort you to Hue. Check in at your hotel spend the evening at your leisure.

You will return to Ho Chi Minh City and stop by Com Tam Kieu Giang for lunch. Relish a plate of broken rice, tender sizzling grilled pork, thinly shredded pork skin, steamed egg, combine with Vietnamese style pickled vegetables and fish sauce.

Today, you will leave the bustling Ho Chi Minh City and experience life on the Mekong Delta. Embark the privileged Cai Be Princess boat and cruise to Ben Tre, the Land of Coconut. You will have lunch on board, surrounded by the rustling leaves and the clear river.
Arrive in Mekong Home; the colonial villa nested in the tropical garden, with endless coconut palm trees guarding the path. Settle down, enjoy the refreshing coconut juice, before meeting your localhost. You will join them in an excursion to explore the local fishing.
Before dinner time, you will have the chance to cook Banh xeo, the crispy Vietnamese rice milk pancake. Pour the batter on the saucer pan, top it off with fresh prawn, bean sprouts, pork, and watch your banh xeo slowly get into its shape.
Feast on dinner with the hospitable local family with homegrown vegetables, traditional flavored dishes like caramelized pork, sweet and sour fish soup, the signature young coconut salad, crispy spring rolls.
End your day with a soothing lemongrass and ginger foot bath, a local therapeutic method to relieve the pain and fatigue of the legs.

To learn more about the local agricultural activities, you will stop at a fish farm, surrounded by ponds, and absorb knowledge about two species of catfish: ca tra and ca ba sa. These catfish are the two main species of fish production in Vietnam.
Your cycling trip continues to take you back to Mekong Home. Take memorable photos with your hosts before leaving for Ho Chi Minh City by car. Check in at your hotel and have dinner after an adventurous day.
